Technische Daten:
Das Drehrohrverteilergehäuse besteht aus zwei miteinander ver-
schraubten Trichtern. Im oberen Trichter befi nden sich zwei Inspek-
tionsluken mit Sicherheitsschalter. Das Drehrohr mit Schieberohr ist
im Gehäuse untergebracht. Das Schieberohr wird pneumatisch auf
den angewählten Auslauf gepresst. Abstützung durch 4 Konsolen am
Untertrichter. Der Drehrohrverteiler ist für die drucklose Verteilung von
frei fl ießenden, nicht haftenden, körnigen Schüttgütern im freien Fall
geeignet.
Der Drehrohrverteiler darf nicht im Produktstrom geschaltet werden!
Produktförderung von oben auf einen der Ausläufe.
Die Anschlussrohre müssen verspannungsfrei montiert werden.
Drehstrom-Getriebemotor, Fabrikat Getriebebau Nord,
Motorspannung 400V, 50 Hz, Leistungsaufnahme 0,12 KW,
Drehzahl 1,6 U/min.
Induktive Endschalter, PNP, jeweils 1 Öffner und 1 Schließer pro Aus-
lauf. Alle Anschlüsse sind im Anschlusskasten auf Klemmen geführt.
Technical details:
The rotary-head distributor’s casing consists of two funnels screwed
together. The upper funnel has an inspection door with a safety switch.
The turn-pipe and sliding-pipe are mounted in the casing. The sliding
pipe is pressed by spring tension onto the selected outlet sleeve (not
pressure tight). Support by 4 support plates on lower funnel. The rota-
ry-head distributor is suitable for the pressureless transport of fl our or
granular products only in free fall.
Do not operate rotary-head distributor during production fl ow!
Production fl ow from above to the outlet sleeves. The connection pipes
to the outlet sleeves have to be mounted in tension-free performance.
Rotary current gear motor, voltage 400V, 50 Hz.
Power input 0.12 KW.
Number of revolutions 1.6/min.
Inductive proximity switches. One opening contact, one closing
contact.
